In the run-up to the annual Progress conference a piece on spin by me is up on their website here. Although it’s a countdown to the election event, some say it could even all be over by then. He is probably doing his conference speech as I type. I am reminded of an essay title by eminent pop music studies bod Larry Grossberg , “Is Anybody Listening? Does Anybody Care?”*
